Technically collaborated with ADK Inc. of Japan in research and development of ABS alloy electroplating.
Technically collaborated with Sanki Co. Ltd. of Japan in research and development of aluminum cap knob and positive electrode management technology.
Technically collaborated with Towa Kogyo Co. Ltd. of Japan in research and development of plastic molding technology.

1989

Establishment of Yong-Teng Corporation. Technically collaborated with O&M Heater Co. of Japan in production of heater. Formal introduction of flexible silicone rubber heater (thickness 0.8/1.2/1.5mm, safe operation temperature range within 200℃).

Silicone rubber heater patented (Patent no.51274). Able to take product orders of the same size with different specifications, earning customers’ acknowledgement of the functional efficiency of the products. One-step solutions for:

1. Inability to acknowledge product specifications at the initial stage of product development.
2. High cost of molding machine at the initial production stage.
3. Consideration of lowering production volume at the initial production stage.

1994

Formal establishment of Grand Hold Corporation, starting machinery import and export business and production and sales of silicone rubber heater.

1996

Formal merger of Yong-Teng Corporation and Grand Hold Corporation.

1997

Sales and service agents for EGC (EYE) of Japan: Numerous kinds of UV light tubes, widely applied by LCD industry.

1999

Sales agents for EYE of Japan for IR, UV, CP equipment. Also technical cooperation in design and production in Taiwan.

2002

Sales agents for SHINKO of Japan for US Ultrasonic Dry Cleaner.

2003

Technically collaborated with Ken Ken Co., Ltd. of Japan. Introduction of patented products, sales of grinding materials.

New model of silicone rubber heater patented (New model no. M248183 ); enables customers to use the same “R&D mold”. Able to take orders for mass-production.

2005

Continuous technical support and cooperation on silicon rubber heater with O&M Heater Co. of Japan. Expansion of OEM production line for sales in Europe and the US ensured speed of volume production and quality assurance.

2006

Silicone Rubber Heater: Computerization of work flow of “estimate of design” first and “pricing” later. Assisting customers in project specification. Recognition and confirmation of achievement by the industry.

Silicone Rubber Heater: R&D breakthrough in the design with different temperatures in different areas of single heater Dual-Voltages, which met the customers’ needs in line with the Policy to Decrease Inventory Volumes.
