To ensure accuracy of the customer’s order, specifications will be confirmed after discussions through contacts. Pricing will follow after the design estimate to assist the customer in confirming the project specifications in regard to the following:
- Purchasing quality and delivery schedule.
- Specifications (mm) (length, width, diameter, middle slit and position).
Slit for fixing screws or middle slit: Slits will be proposed at the design stage. Each slit must keep a 5mm distance to avoid electricity leakage due to electrical wires coming too close. Thus the attachment surface can be increased, and peeling off due to the attachment surface being too small can be avoided. - Voltage usage (V).
- Power (W). Power of heating pad differs from other heaters and is suitable for fixed temperature and humidity preservation application instead of immediate heating for large-size objects. Therefore the power should not be upgraded following concepts like those applied in designing general heaters, instead, sufficient discussion should be held during designing for confirmation of specifications.
- Temperature to be used.
- Length of power cable and outlet location.
- Others. (If simple on/off switch protection wire and back tape etc. are needed.)
