Procedure of Design Service

 

 
Steps to order and manufacture a custom product are governed by the following standard operating procedure (SOP). 
 
In addition to keeping the customer informed of the design/production status, audit results of each step will also be provided.  Grandhold will bring to each and every customer a great customer experience that includes excellent product quality, short turnaround time, and perfect post-sales services.
 



 

 

Details of each step are shown below. 

 

Assessment Discussion - fully understand customer needs and specifications by e-mail, telephone, and video conference.

Solution Recommendations – review alternative design options taking account of product lifetime, environment conditions, components, delivery schedule, cost, etc.

Specifications Confirmation - confirm technical specifications and order contents including exterior size, wattage, voltage, electric power density, price quote, quantity and lead time.

Production Start - produce the product according to the specifications of customer order

Product Baking - vulcanizing chemical materials used to keep the silicone rubber dry for longer product lifetime

Product inspection – quality assurance inspection to confirm all the exterior, performance results and resistance reading (Ω) conform to the specifications

Batch Number printing - batch number (order number and warranty date) is added for future product tracking purpose

Shipment - invoice, billing statement, and Inspection report are attached in the delivery shipment.
